This policy explains what information VS Dentistry (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, drsudacov.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, and, if you choose, your phone number, a subject and a message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Your browser also stores a small identifier so the contact form can send your message.
How we use your information
- To read and reply to your messages and questions.
- To keep a record of your enquiry so we can follow up with you.
- To keep the website working, secure and protected from spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Please don’t send medical details through the form
The contact form is meant for general questions and appointment requests. Please don’t include details about your health, medications or treatment in it. To discuss your care, call us at 209-764-5337 or speak with us at your visit.
Who we share it with
This website and its contact form are hosted by Wix.com, which stores the messages you send on our behalf. We share your information only with service providers who help us run the website, when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Online booking and registration. The “Book” and new-patient registration links take you to our scheduling provider’s website (identalcloud.com). Information you enter there is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Social media. Links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep messages sent through the website only as long as we need them to respond and keep a reasonable record of our communications, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent through this website by emailing info@drsudacov.com. You can also clear your browser’s stored site data at any time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
